Reviewers had this to say:
Elizabeth Butler writes well and I enjoyed her style very much. Don't let the fact that this is a self-published book, or that it's the author's brother in the cover photo put you off. Just because TRAILBOSS didn't come out of New York doesn't mean a thing. The characters feel real to me, the tone of the story was historically rich, and the love between the hero and heroine was a perfect fit. I enjoyed this book because it was not the cookie-cutter kind of story we're used to getting. It's a little different, a little bittersweet, and has one of the sweetest last lines I've read in awhile. If you're looking for a subtle and refreshing change from the usual western romance, I recommend rounding up TRAILBOSS. - Marianne Stillings, ALL ABOUT ROMANCE
Mix a shotgun tootin' young female sheep rancher, a sympathetic, cattle driving trailboss and a wolf-dog named "Sweetie Pie" together. Add author Elizabeth Butler and set yourself down to an enjoyable, shoot-up-up Western Romance...Butler blends a sweet touch of romance with an engaging plot. A must read for those who enoy a good ol'time western. Sandy Levin, writer and avid romance reader
Ms. Butler weaves a touching tale of two people struggling to leave their pasts behind and get on with their lives, in spite of the obstacles they must overcome. A good case of supporting characters - readers can relate to these very true-to-life people.

A fun read I couldn't put down. You will enjoy the two people from opposite worlds joining forces in Wyoming Territory.
